Mindful Tuesdays

Sewcialising are hosting well-being workshops throughout the darker months starting each Tuesday afternoon.  These sessions will be a lovely safe and calm environment for people to come together to stitch, knit, crochet or sew.

Each session will be carefully thought out to include a fun and lovely craft.

Crafting can positively improve moods and reduce stress levels.  These workshops are set up for anybody who is wanting to get out the house, who wants to make new friends, and enjoy the process of a new skill.

All equipment for each craft will be included in your fee and £5 of each attendee's ticket will be donated to the Mind Charity in aid of mental health and wellbeing across York and beyond.
