Filcolana are a Danish company.  They spin high quality yarns for hand knitting and crochet. They source the best wool and fibres for their yarns and ship them to spinning mills in Peru, England, and Italy, who spin their yarns. There woollen yarns are spun from wool that is mulesing free. Their mohair comes from South Africa. Overall they have a beautiful collection of yarns.
